Who we are
ProLash Ireland is a lash and brow training academy operated by Beauty Room Skincare Ltd, Unit 5, The Old Mill, Church Avenue, Portlaoise, Co. Laois, R32 YK22, Ireland.Beauty Room Skincare Ltd is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

What we collect
When you send the course enquiry form on this website we receive:
- your first name and email address;
- your phone number, if you choose to give it;
- the course you are interested in and your preferred dates, if you give them;
- your confirmation that you agree to be contacted about your enquiry.
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies and does not track you across other websites. Like any website, our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver and protect the site.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and arrange your course date. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To contact you about course dates you asked about. Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
- If you book a course, to keep the records needed for the course and for accounting. Legal basis: contract and legal obligation (Article 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Who processes it for us
- Web3Forms - delivers the form to our mailbox.
- Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited) - hosts our email.
- Cloudflare - hosts and protects this website.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, the transfer is covered by safeguards required under GDPR, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to a booking: up to 12 months after our last contact with you.
- If you book a course: for as long as needed for the course and then for 6 years, as required for accounting and tax records.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to its use, or ask to receive it in a portable format. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing info@prolashireland.ie; this does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it. We reply within one month.
If you are not happy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission:www.dataprotection.ie.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
